  1. I’m still rocking a chest strap. Much more precise and reactive. I use the Polar H10 which I can pair to my Apple Watch or iPhone. Will pair with any ant+ capable device

  2. Very helpful. Arm band accuracy makes sense. Affordable, under 100.00. Very long battery life! I am guessing that Whoops, Fitbit, and Hume, on the wrist, have similar accuracy limitations. I have an older Garmin 235 and my heart rate tracking is not accurate. I appreciate this video content:)

  3. I’ve run into a massive issue with my wrist monitoring using poles on long runs. The slight impact from the pole planting throws it off completely. I am measuring 150 bpm going up 14% gradient panting like a dog and only at the top of the hill will it shoot up to 170-180bpm. I am def going to get the arm band. I have an arrhythmia and strangely enough my chest strap used to induce palpitations. Never had palpitations since no longer using the cheat strap. Super interesting. Thanks for some great insight!
