  1. Hey yall! We posted some links to examples of these products in the description. We kept everything to the more inexpensive side on Amazon. If you’re looking for higher quality products I recommend checking out Rogue Fitness (or any competitor). If I could recommend one thing over anything else it’s to get somewhere to hang from at home!   3. You can get adjustable kettle bells that don’t lock you into one specific weight. You can also get adjustable dumbells for about the same.
