A little bit of WHAT?! 😂. I threw me off guard.
Thank you.
I just received my arm heart rate monitor.
You can put some sports tape over it so it do not slide down.
Is there any recent watches or chest straps you would recommend please? I deal with a very sudden increase in heart rate when I stand up and even pulse oximeters can’t detect the change without giving up 😂
